My family and I have been going to this location for 10 years. The service is always great and as always a job well done. Nick is always helpful with knowing what my car needs, I am a young girl who can easily be taken advantage of without knowing anything about cars but Nick always does the right thing by me and my car. I would recommend this place to everyone !!
You'd be a fool not to come here for service to your vehicle. My brother and I have been going to Nick and his crew for about....wow, it's been about 15+ yrs. He's been with us through the ups and downs and I can't speak more highly of an owner and the services they perform on our cars. Any chance I get I'm always trying to refer friends and relatives that THIS is THE PLACE to go, to have your car maintained and serviced. The trust-factor has been there since day 1 and will always be my go-to for anything car-related. If I could give 6 Stars, I would!! This place is top-notch!!
My first time at this establishment and I def will be back!! I called before i went and got a price over the phone for an oil change and was charged that exact price when i got there. The manager was very nice and personable. No one tried to upsell me and I felt very comfortable there. I will be back for my next oil change for sure!
I came in, had excellent service, I needed an oil change on my BMW and I go only to the dealer but after coming here for tires I had seen how great their quality and customer service was. Needless to say they had the right oil, filters, and tools to have me in and out. Couldn't be happier with the service
Well i was up the block at this other mechanic shop accross from wendys and you wont believe how nasty the oranged faced woman was behind the counter ..and her nasty mechanic..friend..so i left came to firestone..wow like night and day..they got me in right away..they were pleasant and cheaper than the nasty mechanic with something up his ass attitude..shop...they were on point professional and i found my new mechanic shop..most of all very honest cant seem to find that anywhere...i recommend you try them out you will def be pleasantly suprised..excellent theyll be seeing me again!! That other shop was truly scandalous .i might not have found firestone..if it wasnt for there wanna be mechanic shop its obvious they dont know how to run a shop.thank god .so thanks to you i found firestone..up the road the other way !
